His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Labor, Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Abuthnain, held a series of high-level bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the Global Labor Market Conference, which took place on January 29-30, 2025, at the King Abdulaziz Conference Center in Riyadh.
Dr. Abuthnain met with Her Excellency Dr. Enas Al-Attari, Minister of Labor of Palestine; His Excellency Mr. Omar Abdi Said, Minister of Labor of Djibouti; His Excellency Mr. Hans Leo Cacdac, Secretary of the Department of Migrant Workers of the Philippines; His Excellency Dr. Asif Nazrul, Minister of State for Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment of Bangladesh; and Her Excellency Ms. Teresa Rodrigues, Minister of Labor and Social Security of Angola.
During these bilateral meetings, discussions focused on topics of mutual interest in the labor sector, exploring avenues for enhancing cooperation in ways that serve the shared interests of all parties.
These engagements align with the ministry's ongoing efforts to strengthen its international partnerships and collaborations, supporting the broader objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
