His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, and the Director-General of the International Labour Organization (ILO), Mr. Gilbert Houngbo, have signed a joint cooperation agreement between the Ministry and the ILO. The agreement was concluded on the sidelines of the second edition of the International Labour Market Conference, held at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh.
The signed agreement aims to enable Saudi nationals to participate in the "Junior Professional Officers (JPO)" and "Secondment" programs at the ILO, providing them with opportunities to gain international expertise in labor and human resources fields.
This agreement aligns with the Ministry’s efforts to achieve its strategic objectives and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which seek to develop national talent, enhance their representation in international organizations, and support the competitiveness of the Saudi labor market in line with global best practices.
