The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has signed a cooperation agreement with the Board of Grievances in the field of digital integration with the Administrative Enforcement Platform.
Representing the Ministry at the signing was His Excellency, the Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for the Shared Services Sector, Mr. Ismail bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi, while the Board of Grievances was represented by the Deputy President for Judicial and Enforcement Affairs, His Eminence Sheikh Ali bin Mohammed Al-Sultan.
The agreement’s provisions include continuing collaboration between both parties regarding the digital linkage with the Administrative Enforcement Platform, aiming to streamline enforcement procedures before the Administrative Enforcement Court.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, through such agreements, seeks to empower individuals and the community, promote social responsibility, and build and develop partnerships with government entities and the private sector to achieve its strategy and contribute to the realization of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
