The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced penalties against 23 employers for violating domestic worker regulations. These violations include providing their domestic workers' services to a third party, allowing domestic workers to work for their own account, and assigning tasks that were not previously agreed upon. As a result, financial fines have been imposed, and the violators have been deprived of the right to recruit.
Additionally, the Ministry has suspended the licenses of nine recruitment offices for failing to comply with recruitment practice rules and providing labor services. Violations by these offices include not fulfilling refund obligations to clients and not resolving complaints from employers.
In a statement, the Ministry emphasized that these measures are part of ongoing monitoring and follow-up efforts to ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and rules. These efforts aim to preserve employers' rights and develop the sector through the "Musaned Platform." The Ministry is committed to continuously improving the recruitment sector, providing high-quality services, and enhancing the mechanisms for handling complaints and disputes between contractual parties.

The Ministry urges everyone to report any recruitment sector violations by calling the Musaned number (920002866) or using the Musaned application available on smartphones.
