His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Border Region, sponsored the Digital Transformation Forum today. The event was organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the region and attended by His Excellency Ismail bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi, Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services, along with numerous officials, experts, and specialists from the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
Upon arriving at Prince Abdulaziz bin Musaed Hall for Celebrations in Arar, His Highness toured the exhibition accompanying the forum, showcasing the Ministry's significant efforts and digital achievements.

In his speech, Mr. Ismail Al-Ghamdi expressed gratitude to His Highness the Governor for his patronage and support of the Digital Transformation Forum. He emphasized that the forum aims to explore the future of digital transformation in the Kingdom, accelerate its progress, and enable the digital community across government agencies, the private sector, and the non-profit sector to network, exchange experiences, and adopt modern technical practices. Additionally, the forum aimed to highlight the Ministry's digital initiatives and upcoming strategic targets.
His Highness the Governor witnessed the signing of two cooperation agreements between the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Emirate of the Region, and Elm Company. These agreements aim to establish a general framework for providing digital technologies and facilitating digital transformation, as well as exchanging expertise in data management, cloud computing solutions, and artificial intelligence. The Ministry was represented by Eng. Faisal Bakhshwin, Undersecretary for Digital Transformation, during the signing.
Sponsored by Elm Company, the forum's agenda included presentations on the Ministry's efforts in digital transformation, key targets, and future services. Dialogue sessions addressed the impact of digital transformation on enhancing the quality of life and the services provided by the Ministry through its various platforms, including Qiwa, Ajeer, and Masar.
At the conclusion of the forum, His Highness the Governor honored several participating entities.

The Digital Transformation Forum is part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to support national initiatives in digital transformation, which is a crucial pillar in achieving the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
