أطلق فرع وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية بمدينة حائل ممثلاً في مكتب العمل مبادرة " الفرع الافتراضي" وهي إحدى مبادرات وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية في تحقيق التحول الرقمي في فروع ومقرات الوزارة في كافة مناطق ‬المملكة العربية السعودية.

 حيث يساهم الفرع الافتراضي في خفض عدد الزيارات الحضورية إلى مكتب العمل وتقديم خدمات ميسرة للمستفيدين في أماكن ومقرات تواجدهم.
