Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince professor Faisal Bin Meshaal Bin Saud Bin Abdelaziz, prince of Al Qassim, His Excellency assistant minister of human resources and social development for mutual services Mr. Ismaael Bin Saaed Algamdi participated in the events of forum “Forsaty 3” held in Al Qassim during the period from January 31 till February 3, 2024 with the participation of a number of government and private entities. 

His Excellency acknowledged during his participation in the main interactive session of the forum the support of His Highness Prince of the area and his concern to support the efforts of ministry’s branch of the area to serve beneficiaries, develop manpower, support localization programs and create job opportunities for nation's citizens. His Excellency Assistant Minister examined the participation of ministry’s branch of the area in the forum and the efforts provided. He also listened to the detailed explanation of the services provided for beneficiaries, the localization opportunities and the various platforms that serve the entrepreneurs and youth area. This forum aims to bring together the experienced consultants with entrepreneurs and projects owners, enhance the communication between them and provide consultations in multiple fields. Furthermore, the forum witnesses, for 4 days, an organization of 40 training courses and workshops consisting of 60 suites and 30 consultants who share their experiences to the visitors of the forum in all fields specialized in training, employment and entrepreneurship. 

The agent ministry for skills and training professor Ahmed Alzahrany, general manager of ministry’s branch in the area Abdallah Alsebaay and a number of officials attend the visit.
