His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Labor, Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Abu Thunain, met today, Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh, with His Excellency the former Director General of the Executive Office of the Council of Ministers of Labor and the Council of Ministers of social affairs of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Dr. Amer Al-Hajri, in the presence of sceveral ministry leaders and officials.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency the Deputy Minister welcomed His Excellency the former Director of the Executive Office, thanked him for his contributions to the Gulf work process during his tenure, and wished him continued success in his next position..

In return, Dr. Amer Al-Hajri commended the ministry officials for their efforts in assisting the Executive Office during the last period to produce the best results and achieve the objectives of the joint Gulf work. 

It is worth noting that the Executive Office is regarded as the technical arm of the Gulf Cooperation Council Secretariat, having been founded in 1978 in the Kingdom of Bahrain to support the process of collective Gulf action.
