The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announces the publication of the Executive Regulations and Attachments of the Labor Law, effective today, corresponding to 20 Shaban 1446 AH (19/02/2025 AD). This coincides with the enforcement of the amendments to the Labor Law issued under Royal Decree No. (44), dated 8 Safar 1446 AH (12/08/2024 AD). This step is in accordance with Article (Third) of the Council of Ministers' Decision No. (117), issued on 2 Safar 1446 AH (06/08/2024 AD).
The ministry encourages all interested parties to review the details of the Executive Regulations of the Labor Law and its attachments by visiting the official website.
By enforcing these regulations, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development hopes to clarify the details of the Labor Law, thereby promoting a safe workplace and protecting the rights of all workers.
