Draft of controls and rules of practice for employing Saudis through the activities of mediation in recruitment or support

The project aims to develop a “regulation of controls and rules for practicing the activity of mediating in employing Saudis and providing temporary labor services (outsourcing)” issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (179196) dated 09/24/1442 AH, and facilitating the procedures and controls for issuing licenses to practice the activity of employing Saudis or outsourcing a Saudi worker. The draft regulation consists of (21) articles divided into (4) sections as follows: 1- Licensing requirements and licensee obligations. 2- Provisions for the validity and renewal of the license. 3- Violations. 4- Final provisions.
