رعى صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبد العزيز، أمير المنطقة الشرقية، توقيع اتفاقية لرعاية البرامج الإصلاحية والدعوية بسجون المنطقة، حيث وقعت إدارة السجون بالمنطقة اتفاقية مع فرع وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية بالمنطقة الشرقية؛ لتوظيف 200 شخص من المفرج عنهم بالتعاون مع القطاع الخاص.
