The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signed a joint memorandum of cooperation with the Saudi Department Stores Company "Carrefour", aimed at cooperation between the two parties and building a strategic relationship in the field of enhancing social responsibility, by launching a joint program to support social security beneficiaries and help them become self-reliant and enter the labor market by providing training and employment programs, according to specific controls and mechanisms, where the Ministry was represented in signing the memorandum by the Assistant Undersecretary for Policies and Legislation, Dr. Hamad bin Ibrahim Al-Hammad, while the Saudi Company for Comprehensive Stores "Carrefour" was represented by the Director of Human Resources, Mr. Jaber bin Yahya Al-Ghazwani.
Through the signing of this memorandum, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks to implement its strategic objectives in integration with various entities in the government and private sectors, empower the individual, society and institutions, and promote the principles and values of social responsibility, in order to support and empower social security beneficiaries and activate mechanisms to upgrade the labor market through the development of policies and legislation, based on its vision of a vibrant and empowered society and a distinguished work environment.
