The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development achieved a prominent position among government agencies on the Digital Transformation Index in 2023, at the Digital Transformation Award Ceremony, held during the Digital Government Forum in Riyadh.
For the second consecutive year, the MHRSD reaches this level of prominence, as a result of its efforts and strategy in the field of digital transformation, which aims at achieving excellence and promoting customer experience. The MHRSD is among the few entities that have reached the level creativity on the digital transformation index, as it ranked second among ministries.

H.E. Mr. Ismail Saeed Al-Ghamdi stated that such prominent ranking achieved by the Ministry for two consecutive years was part of its efforts to enhance the effects of the digital transformation on the government, private and non-profit sectors, as the digital transformation strategy aims to enhance the services provided by sectors supervised by the Ministry through more than 1,000 services and procedures to more than 32 million users.
It is noteworthy that the MHRSD has received several honors and awards for its digital excellence among government entities in the Kingdom and at the regional level, including ranking second in Website Performance Efficiency and Digital Content awarded by the DGA. It was also awarded the Digital Human resources Award at the GCC Government Human Resources Summit, among 226 GCC government and private entities.
