Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) concluded a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Badr and Fayez, sons of Hammoud Al-Mojil Al-Faraj, where HRSD was represented by H.E. Deputy Minister of Society Development at HRSD, Mr. Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Majed, and Mr. Badr Hammoud Al-Mojil Al-Faraj represented sons of Hammoud Al-Mojil Al-Faraj.

MOU aims to enhance joint cooperation between HRSD and Badr and Fayez in the development field and to establish "Autism and Rehabilitation Center" project in Hail and include the same within "SAKHAA" program, which is one of HRSD programs that support sustainable development projects to serve individuals and society. SAKHAA provides a package of programs and incentives for development startups, SAKHAA also provides an opportunity for development work for individuals and institutions, and effective contributions that have an impact on sustainable development in accordance with KSA Vision 2030.

Through such agreements, HRSD seeks to maximize cooperation with all agencies and institutions across various sectors in realization of KSA Vision 2030 objectives.
