The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development held a Memorandum of Understanding with the Health Charitable Society for Patient Care (Enaya), where the Ministry was represented in the signing of the memorandum by His Excellency / Ibrahim bin Yousef Al-Mubarak in his capacity as Undersecretary for Empowerment and Social Security, while the Association was represented by His Excellency Dr. Salman bin Abdullah Al-Mutairi in his capacity as Secretary General of the association.
The memorandum aims to assist social security beneficiaries by providing them with charitable health care and solutions in cooperation with associations specialized in the health field.
The memorandum stipulated: Providing treatment services to social security beneficiaries according to the health services regulations approved by the "Enaya" association, according to the financial support available to the program at the association.
And that the beneficiaries of social security referred from the ministry make use of the hardware and medicine programs available at the "Enaya" association and enable them to benefit from the preventive programs implemented by the association in the governorates, villages and emigration in the regions of the Kingdom, in coordination with the social security offices in various regions.
And holding educational and health activities on international days after the approval of the ministry and the supervising authority, and granting cases that do not meet the requirements of the health services regulations of the association, special discounts with private health service providers and partner medical centers with the association.
The signing of this memorandum comes in the light of the Kingdom's vision 2030 and in support of the goals of national transformation 2020, as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks to enable non-profit organizations to achieve a deeper impact by building and developing partnerships in a way that contributes to integration between entities, raising work efficiency and enhancing cooperation. To raise the social and developmental return from the initiatives and services of non-profit sector organizations, increase their effectiveness, and enhance their role in providing and implementing innovative solutions to meet development challenges and needs, especially for social security beneficiaries in the health field.
