Under the patronage of His Excellency the Acting Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Social Development, Eng. Sultan bin Jaris Al-Jaris, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development hosted the Forum for Promoting Social Responsibility in the Housing Sector 2024, in the presence of His Excellency the Undersecretary for Community Development, Mr. Ahmed bin Saleh Al Majid, and a number of officials in the public sector, and a group of experts in the field. The forum aims to promote social responsibility in the housing sector, highlight companies' experiences in social responsibility in the housing sector, and build role models in the business community. 

The forum included five dialogue sessions, the first dialogue session reviewed the role of the government sector in enabling social responsibility in the housing sector and achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and experiences, while the second and third dialogue sessions included a review of companies' experiences in social responsibility. The sessions also included a presentation of social responsibility applications in the housing sector and the method of registration and participation in the Social Responsibility Award launched by the Ministry to promote social responsibility and motivate companies to activate social responsibility practices.

The forum featured an exhibition to promote corporate social responsibility activities and their influence on society.

This forum was organized as part of the Ministry's efforts to promote social responsibility in the housing industry and to encourage enterprises to adopt and enhance social responsibility initiatives in the sector.
