The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development held a workshop to review the public policy directions for youth in the Kingdom. The workshop was attended by Mr. Tariq bin Ali Al-Rub, Assistant Undersecretary for Community Services, and included participation from several donor organizations concerned with youth affairs. This workshop is part of a series of workshops to be conducted with various entities across all regions of the Kingdom.

During the workshop, key aspects and measures that the public policy for youth in the Kingdom could include were reviewed, to enhance the role of youth and empower them to contribute to the comprehensive development of society.

Mr. Tariq bin Ali Al-Rub emphasized the importance of this consultative meeting, which provided an opportunity to exchange views and learn about the directions of donor organizations and institutions concerned with youth issues. He noted that the outcomes and recommendations from this workshop would be incorporated into the drafting of the public policy for youth.

Participants expressed their appreciation for the Ministry's efforts in involving relevant parties in these important discussions, highlighting the significance of coordination and integration among various entities to achieve the desired goals for youth in the Kingdom.

The Ministry aims to enhance collaboration and partnership with different entities in sectors related to working with youth, to improve alignment and coordination of efforts in youth development. This will ensure the effective implementation of strategic projects and programs, contributing to empowering Saudi youth and providing the best means to achieve their aspirations and activate their role in building the future of the nation.
