His Excellency the Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Joint Services, Mr. Ismail ibn Saeed Al-Ghamdi, inaugurated the "Middle Leadership Development Program in the Ministry" in the presence of His Excellency the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, Dr. Bandar ibn Asaad Al-Sajjan, and His Excellency the Undersecretary for Human Resources, Mr. Mohammed Al-Maghlouth .

The 11-week program includes in-person training sessions, self-training, coaching sessions, practical and applied studies, in addition to meetings with a number of local and international experts, with the aim of enriching the trainees' experience in line with the requirements of the work and the roles they play within the future direction of the Ministry. The program is also more in line with current development needs to ensure high quality and tangible results through qualifying and training middle leaders in line with the strategic objectives of the Ministry, in cooperation with the Administrative Leadership Development Academy and in partnership with leading international institutions, to ensure the provision of innovative and effective content.

It is noteworthy that this project is an extension of the previous versions that were implemented during the years 2021-2022-2023, which resulted in outstanding results and remarkable successes, as it includes the journey of developing "elite" leaders and the journey of developing and qualifying leaders "Wa'ed". The program was designed based on the leadership competencies framework, and after studying and analyzing the training needs of the Ministry's leaders and benefiting from the outputs of assessments and results of human resources practices.
