In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman AlRajhi, the Ministry signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Education Support Association (Ta'loum). The Ministry was represented in signing by the Undersecretary for Skills and Training, Dr. Ahmed Al-Zahrani, and Dr. Adel bin Mohammed Al Omari, Secretary General of the Association, signed on behalf of Ta'loum.

The memorandum aims to build a strategic relationship between the two parties, improve the labour market by developing skills and training national cadres and talents, and benefit from the objectives of the Waad program. The memorandum also aims to explore cooperation opportunities and implement ten thousand training opportunities and specialised workshops in all areas of training aimed at enhancing human capital.

By signing this MoU, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks to implement its strategic objectives by integrating with various entities, empowering individuals, communities and institutions, and promoting the principles and values of social responsibility, based on its vision of a vibrant and empowered society, a distinctive work environment, and an attractive labour market.
