The Ministry clarified that all its electronic services continue to operate efficiently and have not been impacted by the technical malfunction affecting several countries worldwide.

The Ministry confirmed the safety of the information and data of all beneficiaries of its services, including workers, employers, and recipients of pastoral and development services. 

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development relies on the best systems for all its digital operations and services. It continuously collaborates with relevant authorities to periodically verify the safety of its information infrastructure, aiming to enhance and facilitate the beneficiaries' experience. This effort supports its strategy of fostering an empowered, vibrant society and creating a distinguished work environment towards an attractive labor market.
