His Excellency the Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Labor, Dr.Abdullah bin Nasser Abuthnain, met today, Sunday 17 March 2024 AD, at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh, with HE the Ambassador of the Republic of Sri Lanka, Mr. Amza Pakeer Mohideen, in the presence of a number of leaders and officials at the Ministry. The meeting was held on the occasion of the end of His Excellency's tenure as Ambassador of the Republic of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

At the beginning of the meeting, H.E. welcomed the Ambassador of the Republic of Sri Lanka and expressed his thanks and appreciation for the efforts exerted by His Excellency the Ambassador and his continuous support for cooperation between the two sides during his tenure in the Kingdom. They also discussed a number of topics of common interest and discussed opportunities for bilateral cooperation in the labour field.

It should be noted that this meeting comes within the Ministry's objectives to enhance its strategic relations with embassies and diplomatic missions in the Kingdom.
