On Wednesday, January 17, 2024, His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Labor, Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Abu Thunain met with the Deputy Chief of Mission, Mrs. Alison Delworth from the Embassy of U.S. Embassy, at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of His Excellency the Undersecretary of Social Security and Empowerment, acting head of the Social Development Sector, the CEO of the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector, and several ministry leaders and officials.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Abuthnein welcomed Deputy Chief of the American Mission. During the meeting, a number of topics of common interest were discussed, which included a review of the most important labor market initiatives and the ministry's efforts in this regard, and the most prominent projects of the Social Development Sector.

The significance of this meeting comes in reviewing the aspects and initiatives that demonstrate the attractiveness of the Saudi labor market, reviewing the ambitious goals related to the labor and social development sectors in the Kingdom, and strengthen international collaboration in these fields.
