The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development launched the "Innovate 4 Impact" initiative and hackathon, in cooperation with Saudi Devoteam Company Ltd., where the initiative aims to encourage and support Saudi university graduates and job seekers to creativity and innovation in providing innovative digital solutions that contribute to the development of the Ministry's digital system to achieve a unique and distinctive experience for beneficiaries. 

The initiative consists of three main phases, the first phase of which includes the hackathon stage, which includes various digital challenges, which are presented by the Ministry with the participation of 1000 teams. All participating teams are evaluated, reviewed and inventoried. The most prominent teams are selected and presented to a committee of experts to evaluate them in terms of applicability and implementation. The second phase includes holding comprehensive and diverse workshops for the participating teams in the field of innovation to improve and develop the proposed innovations. In the last stage, the nominated initiatives are presented and the best selection is made. 3 innovations in the digital field. In the final stage, the nominated initiatives are presented, and the top 3 innovations in the digital field are selected. 
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in collaboration with Devoteam Saudi Company Ltd, invited those interested in participating to submit their innovative technological ideas by accessing and registering on the platform via the following link:  https://Innovate4impact.me/The submissions will continue to be accepted until June 22nd.

It's worth mentioning that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development aims, through this initiative, to enhance technology and innovation in the kingdom, and to provide a conducive environment for talent development and bolster the role of national cadres in innovation and entrepreneurship fields.
