His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, received Sunday the 8th of September 2024, Her Excellency Ms. Amy Pope, Director General of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and her accompanying delegation at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting was attended by His Excellency Vice Minister for Labor, Dr. Abdullah Abuthnain, along with a number of officials from the ministry.

At the meeting's opening, the Minister welcomed the Director General of the International Organization for Migration, where the two sides discussed several topics of mutual interest. The ministry's key initiatives aimed at creating an encouraging work environment and an attractive labor market were highlighted.

Both parties agreed to strengthen joint cooperation in technical aspects related to the labor market, in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. This meeting is part of the ministry’s efforts to enhance cooperation with international organizations and partners in its area of expertise to achieve shared interests for all parties involved.
