Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Al-Baha Province, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development organized the "Empowerment Forum" in the region on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

The forum aims to qualify and empower social security beneficiaries who are capable of working, and to enhance their financial independence by equipping them with the necessary skills and enabling their integration into the labor market.

The forum offers three main empowerment tracks, covering training and employment fields, as well as business empowerment and support for entrepreneurial and productive projects. It includes specialized training workshops in personal interview skills and career guidance, in collaboration with strategic partners from the public and private sectors, as well as the non-profit sector.

Through organizing these forums, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks to enhance the social welfare system, contribute to increasing rates of qualification, training, and employment for social security beneficiaries across various regions of the Kingdom, and achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
