His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, inspected the pavilion of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development participating in the work of the third edition of the “LEAP 2024” technical conference, whose activities began today at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, and will continue for four days.

Alongside His Excellency the Governor of the Digital Government Authority, Engineer Ahmed Alsuwaiyan; His Excellency the Assistant Minister for Shared Services, Mr. Ismail Al-Ghamdi; and the Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation, Engineer Faisal Bakhashwain, the Minister Al-Rajhi, took a tour of the pavilion's corridors and received briefings on the most notable digital achievements, programs, and initiatives, as well as the latest smart solutions  and cutting-edge digital techniques, which the Ministry is pursuing to improve the experiences of beneficiaries.

The ministry's pavilion participating in "LEAP" this year focuses on highlighting the impact of digital transformation of the ministry's sectors, which include: "labor, social development, civil service, and shared services," in addition to initiatives, programs, and achievements during the year 2023.

Over the course of four days, the pavilion offers visitors a range of quality initiatives and services, such as the Volunteer with Your Expertise initiative, the Waad program, professional accreditation, and labor culture. Along with the Ministry's efforts to use cutting-edge technologies—virtual reality technology in training and social care facilities, artificial intelligence in conducting in-person interviews—it also hopes to engage visitors to the pavilion with an interactive presentation of this subject, highlighting the most notable collaborations between the Ministry and the Digital Government Authority as well as the most notable accomplishments made possible by institutional excellence.

By participating in the third edition of the “LEAP” conference, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks to achieve its strategic goals in the field of digital transformation, enhance the digital experience for those who benefit from its services, and advance towards a digital work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
