The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development issued a decision to revoke the licenses of 21 recruitment offices and suspend the activity of 4 offices for violating the rules of practicing recruitment activity and providing labor services, through which it aims to raise the efficiency and commitment of recruitment facilities by monitoring the implementation of the rules of recruitment practice to raise the performance of offices and companies.

The Ministry clarified that the reason for the license revocation of 21 recruitment offices was that these offices failed to reimburse their clients for unpaid invoices, hiring illegal workers, and also paying recruitment costs outside Musaned platform.

Four recruitment offices were also suspended due to their delay in the arrival of workers according to contracts concluded with employers, and their failure to comply with the rules of recruitment practice and recruitment services.

The Ministry stated that these measures came within the efforts of continuous oversight and follow-up of the recruitment sector, to ensure the implementation of the regulations and rules issued by the Ministry, which would preserve the rights of employers and develop the sector, through “Musaned platform” and under the direct supervision of the Ministry, and the efforts Continuing to continue their work to develop the recruitment sector and provide multiple and qualitative services to improve and facilitate the quality of services provided to individuals, and improve a mechanism for resolving complaints and disputes that may occur between the parties to the contractual relationship.

The Ministry asks everyone to report any violations related to the recruitment sector by using the Musaned app on smartphones or by calling the Musaned number (920002866).
