The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development called on all private sector institutions to update the data of their branches locations through the "establishment location Management" service available through the Qiwa platform. This step comes from the Ministry's keenness to ensure an accurate and updated database, which contributes to enhancing transparency, facilitating control operations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws, raising the efficiency of operation and enhancing comprehensive management within private sector establishments.

The "establishment location Management" service allows establishments to link their workers to the locations where they actually work, in an innovative electronic way. It provides many advantages aimed at raising the efficiency of operation and enhancing the comprehensive management of private sector establishments.
The Ministry set a specific deadline for the completion of the updating process. Establishments with 20 or fewer workers must complete the updating processes by 30 May 2024, while the deadline for establishments with 21 to 49 workers expires on 30 June 2024, and for establishments with 50 or more workers on 30 July 2024.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development stressed the importance of all establishments adhering to the deadline set to update their data in a timely manner to avoid violations and take full advantage of the establishment's services through the platform.

For more information on the service and how to update data, institutions can visit the Ministry's official website or contact customer service through the Qiwa platform.
