
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signed on Monday a memorandum of understanding with the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority to enhance joint cooperation in the field of public government spending, as part of the activities of the Spending Efficiency Forum.
The Undersecretary of the Human Capital Management Agency, Mr. Majed bin Abdulaziz bin Battal, represented the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the signing, while the Deputy CEO of the Policy and Strategic Studies Business Unit, Eng. Abdulaziz bin Issam Nasr El-Din, represented the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority. The memorandum included a set of items, the most important of which are: "Integration in developing the public government spending management framework, cooperation in mechanisms for developing policies and legislation, preparing studies and research in areas of specialization, and cooperation regarding requests from government agencies related to supporting the labor market and the strategic workforce planning program through agreed governance and sharing benchmarks related to human capital".
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks, by signing such memorandums, to build and develop bridges of cooperation with all government agencies to achieve its strategy and contribute to achieving the Saudi Vision 2030.
