
His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman AlRajhi, chaired on Monday the meeting of the Executive Council of the Arab Administrative Development Organization in its 118th session, which was held from 11-13 November 2024 AD in the city of Rabat in the Kingdom of Morocco, with the participation of their Excellencies and Highnesses representatives of the member states of the Council, the Executive Council, in the presence of His Excellency the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, Dr. Bandar Al-Sajan.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency Minister AlRajhi delivered a speech in which he welcomed their Excellencies the heads of the civil service agencies, members of the Executive Council, expressing his sincere thanks and gratitude to the Kingdom of Morocco, government and people, for the warm reception and generous hospitality, and stressing the continued support for the efforts made to advance the level of administrative development in the Arab world, through shared visions capable of achieving the Organization's ambitions and leadership aspirations at all levels.
During the meeting, a number of topics on the agenda were discussed, including following up on the implementation of previous decisions of the Executive Council, the most important of which are developments regarding the implementation of the strategic plan of the Arab Administrative Development Organization, and reviewing the Organization's strategy for digital transformation 2024-2027 AD.
It is worth noting that the Arab Administrative Development Organization, which was established in 1961 AD, is one of the specialized organizations emanating from the League of Arab States, aims to contribute to achieving administrative development in the Arab countries in a way that serves comprehensive development issues, its services extend to include business organizations and the private sector, and it provides its services and programs for the governments in the Arab member states of the organization, which are 22 countries
