The project aims to empower cooperative societies to fulfill their developmental, economic, and social roles in light of changes in the legislative and regulatory environment and the objectives of the social development sector. This includes enhancing cooperative principles, contributing to sustainable goals, creating new job opportunities, and supporting regional economic development. The Cooperative Societies Law has been revised to align with these current changes.
