For the purpose of applying the provisions of the Laws and Regulations, the Association of each group shall be organized for a certain period or not a certain period consisting of persons of a natural or legal nature or both not mainly for the purpose of profit and for achieving a goal charity or solidarity, and one of the activities provided in Article 5of the Regulations.
Subject to the provisions of the Regulations, and subject to the specialization of the Association, the Basic Regulations shall specify the objectives upon which the Association shall be based and which shall be specified for its activity, and shall not exceed those objectives without the approval of the Minister or his delegate.
