وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية تختتم مشاركتها في مؤتمر “ليب 2025” بإطلاقات رقمية واتفاقيات استراتيجية

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has successfully concluded its active participation in LEAP 2025, an event that brought together distinguished ministers, industry leaders, and experts in technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence.

During the conference, the ministry launched several digital initiatives and smart technologies, in addition to signing strategic agreements with local and international entities. These efforts reinforce the ministry’s leading role in digital transformation, as well as its commitment to developing the labor market and advancing social development.

His Excellency Minister Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi introduced a number of digital products and services during the conference with the goal of furthering the ministry's digital transformation and raising the standard of services offered to beneficiaries.

Among the key initiatives was the "Virtual Branch", which enables beneficiaries to complete ministry services online without the need to visit physical offices. This solution streamlines access to government services, reduces time and effort, and enhances operational efficiency, achieving a beneficiary satisfaction rate of over 90%.

Additionally, the ministry introduced the "Digital Platform for Childcare", designed to offer smart solutions for parents, providing them with accurate information about childcare centers. This initiative supports families with flexible, high-quality options and contributes to empowering working women by facilitating access to suitable childcare services.

The ministry also launched the "Social Development Platform", a sector-specific initiative designed to meet the needs of social development beneficiaries across the Kingdom. The platform’s first set of offerings includes the "Cooperative Societies Licensing" product and the "Financial Grants for Cooperative Societies" product, both aimed at supporting and enhancing the efficiency of cooperative societies.

Throughout the conference, the ministry’s pavilion showcased a range of digital services and initiatives, including (The Proactive Social Protection Model, The Smart Assistant Service, Family Counseling using Virtual Reality, The "Volunteer with Your Experience" initiative), which allowed over 15 digital transformation leaders to share their insights and experiences with visitors, promoting digital awareness and knowledge exchange in the tech field.

The pavilion also highlighted the ministry’s digital platforms and their key services, such as: "Ajeer," "Qiwa," "Musaned," "Freelance," "Mrn (Flexible Work)", and "Teleworks (Remote Work)" These platforms contribute to enhancing labor market flexibility, empowering national talent, and providing diverse employment solutions through innovative digital tools.

During LEAP 2025, the ministry signed multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and collaboration agreements with various public and private sector entities. These agreements focus on knowledge exchange, accelerating digital transformation, and leveraging artificial intelligence technologies to enhance beneficiary services.

The ministry’s pavilion attracted a large number of visitors, reflecting the strong interest in its digital initiatives and innovative services.

Finally, by participating in LEAP 2025, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development reaffirms its commitment to national digital transformation goals, aligning with the Vision 2030 objectives to drive technological advancement and service excellence.
