The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has emphasized the mandatory disclosure of training data by establishments employing 50 or more workers through the "Qiwa" platform.

This initiative aims to enhance transparency in workforce training programs, improve the quality of training initiatives in the private sector, provide clear national-level indicators on training activities and boost workforce productivity and performance.

The decision mandates that establishments employing 50 workers or more must disclose their training data and activities. This includes the number of training hours and related information, as well as the number of trainees who have completed training from various categories, such as employees, students, graduates, and job seekers. Furthermore, the disclosed training duration should not be less than eight units per trainee annually. These establishments are also required to reveal their training plans, data, and reports related to training activities, including the number of trainees and the financial budget they will commit to for training purposes.

The Ministry emphasized that the disclosure of training data by these establishments contributes to a precise analytical understanding of training indicators in the labor market. It stressed that failure to comply with the disclosure requirements will subject non-compliant entities to penalties outlined in the decision.

It is worth noting that the Ministry aims to enhance the cognitive, skill-based, and training level of the workforce while promoting its stability and productivity in the labor market.
