The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development concluded on this day, Thursday, 19 December, its participation in the third edition of the "Digital Government Forum" 2024, organized by the Digital Government Authority in Riyadh under the slogan "Our Future Now.” The forum was held in conjunction with the Internet Governance Forum and lasted for five days.
The Ministry's pavilion showcased several activities, highlighting the most prominent digital platforms launched by the Ministry to serve its beneficiaries, including: Qiwa platform, Musaned platform, and its achievements reflecting the efforts and advanced steps of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in enhancing digital transformation and improving user experience. The pavilion witnessed significant interaction from visitors, who explored the digital solutions and innovative services provided by the Ministry to meet the needs of the community and enhance digital efficiency. The pavilion represented a vital platform to highlight the technical efforts that contribute to achieving sustainable development in the KSA.
The Forum was attended by several highnesses and excellencies, ministers, with the participation of 400 government entities, more than 3000 participants from local and international decision-makers and experts, and over 100 companies and entrepreneurs, in addition to those interested in the field of digital government.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development had several participations in the Digital Government Forum, the most important of which was the participation of His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, in the Internet Governance Forum through a panel discussion entitled: “The Role of Digital Innovation in Improving the Experience,” during which he reviewed a set of the Ministry's achievements in the field of digital transformation. Additionally, on the sidelines of the Forum, the Ministry signed a memorandum of understanding with 'Samarg Arabian Information Systems Technology Company' with the aim of providing a range of services and workshops related to digital technologies in several fields. At the conclusion of the Forum, the Digital Government Authority honored the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for achieving first place in the Measurement Index and Website and Digital Content Efficiency Index.
