In the presence of the Assistant Undersecretary for Development and Training at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Mr. Mazin Alhomoud, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signed a partnership agreement with Al-Taawoun Club to offer exclusive benefits and discounts to public sector employees through the Employee Loyalty Program "DOAM".
The agreement was signed by Mr. Amer bin Abdullah bin Ahmed, Director-General of the General Department of Human Resources Development Studies, and Mr. Sami Saleh Al Wabili, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Taawoun Club. The terms of the agreement stipulate that public sector employees enrolled in the "DOAM" Employee Loyalty Program will receive various discounts on match tickets, sales from Al-Taawoun Club's store, and participation in the club's related events and activities. This partnership is part of ongoing efforts to enhance employee engagement for public sector workers.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks, through these agreements, to strengthen its collaboration with various entities across different sectors. This contributes to enhancing human resources practices and achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in investing in and developing human capital. The Ministry also aims to activate its strategy supporting government entities, in recognition of the dedicated and exceptional efforts of public sector employees. This reflects its commitment, along with its partners, to providing a variety of benefits that meet their daily needs.
It is worth mentioning that the "DOAM" Employee Loyalty Program offers a range of exclusive deals for government employees, through more than 2,500 service providers across all regions of the Kingdom. The program targets more than 1.2 million employees, with the aim of enhancing a positive work environment, supporting a culture of professional excellence in government entities, and contributing to increased productivity and the development of employee engagement.
