His Excellency the Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services, Mr. Ismail bin Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, inaugurated today the Ministry's unified application for individuals in its second version, in a ceremony held on this occasion at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of a number of Their Excellencies and representatives of the participating government agencies.

The application aims to provide a unique and distinctive digital experience for beneficiaries through a package of services supervised by the ministry's various sectors, represented in labor, social development, and civil service.
The application is characterized by the use of best practices in the aspects of using emerging technology, artificial intelligence and technical services. The application in its second version enables the issuance of digital identity for private sector employees, provides a visual communication service for people with disabilities, and also provides more than 40 services targeting multiple segments of society, as well as the general policies of labor regulations and the rights and duties of workers in the public and private sectors.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is striving to achieve its digital transformation strategy to provide innovative digital services to all beneficiaries in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
