The Digital Government Forum organized by the Digital Government Authority in the City of Riyadh under the title “Our Future is Now” witnessed the signing of an Agreement of Cooperation  between the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development with the National Center for Government Resources Systems (NCGR), to develop and operate the Masar Platform. The forum was attended by a number of government agencies, specialists, and local and international decision-makers.

The Agreement, which was signed by MHRSD Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation Eng. Faisal Bakhshwin and NCGR CEO Eng. Yousef Al-Hargan, in the presence of MHRSD Vice Minister for Civil Service Sector Eng. Maher bin Abdulrahman Al-Qasim, is intended to transfer the development and operation functions of the Masar Platform and to provide innovative and secure digital solutions to human capital management, as well as achieve excellence in government performance, as Masar offers multiple services, including: Promotion Services, Grievance Services, Allowances, My Data Services, Bayan (Statement) Services, Resumes, and Management of Powers.

By signing such agreements, the MHRSD seeks to establish the highest levels of collaboration with all entities in various sectors and to build capacities and skills of national staff, in order to realize Vision 2030 goals.
