This initiative aims to preparing the cooperation protocol between the grossroot organizations and the governemntal organizations conerned with the social protection system which includes creating obviuos mechanisms among the parties concerned with child and family protection such as the public security , ministry of interior , the MLSD, ministry of education where the resposibilities and duties should be determined for each party and laying down the transferring mechanisms among them besides determining the period of time for intereference. Moreover this initiative includes the activation of the electronic communication tools or means among them and using the surveillance and quality control systems to shoulder whoever doesn't perform his duties properly the liabilities and within the protocol to brought to the leagal accountability.
