To improve public awarness of key relevant information about the labour market, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) has launched a special annual index which aims to measure the rate of public awarness of workers in the private sector about their rights and duties via an electronic survey.
HRSD is committed to the development of a comprehensive strategy to raise the standard of labour education for all segments of the workforce; pre and post-entry to the labour market in Saudi Arabia. The outcome would in turn reflect positively on the index, as well as the performance quality and overall productivity. In addition, it would help identify the issues that need to be addressed and the required solutions.
