The field inspection teams of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development have seized 450 violations of the provisions of the decision, since the decision to prevent work in sunlight took effect, during the field tours that were carried out to ensure the commitment of the owners of the facilities to the implementation of the decision, as Article (38) of the executive regulations for work stipulates: "The employer hires the worker under the open rays of the sun or in bad weather conditions without taking the necessary precautions in the cases or times and periods specified by a decision of the Minister."

The decision has been in effect since July 15, 2020, and will continue to be enforced until September 15, 2020, during which time it is forbidden to work under the sun from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
