Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Ha'il Region, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development organized the "Tamkeen" Forum in the region today, Monday, November 25, 2024. The forum aims to train and qualify social security beneficiaries who are capable of working by providing them with the necessary skills to integrate into the labor market.
The forum encompassed a comprehensive series of programs and initiatives across employment, qualification, and training tracks, covering essential skills such as personal interviews, career guidance, and vocational aptitude assessment. Notably, the forum presented over 3,000 job opportunities, offered 16 workshops, facilitated 8 counseling and advisory sessions, and provided 300 educational scholarships and 100 productive opportunities. Additionally, it supported entrepreneurial and productive projects and featured the participation of 7 artisans to showcase their crafts. Furthermore, the forum highlighted the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's role, efforts, and achievements in empowering social security beneficiaries.
This forum is part of the Ministry's efforts to develop individual capacities, thereby enhancing their financial independence. This is achieved through collaboration with empowerment partners from the public and private sectors, as well as the non-profit sector. It is part of a package of initiatives, projects, and programs aimed at boosting the efficiency and productivity of the economy and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, through the organization of these forums, seeks to enhance the social care system and contribute to raising the rates of qualification, training, and employment for social security beneficiaries in various regions of the Kingdom to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
