The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in cooperation with the King Abdulaziz Center for Cultural Communication, organized the fourth workshop of the fourteenth Social Dialogue Forum for the year 2024 under the title "Social Dialogue for a Promising and Balanced Labor Market", with the participation of employer and labor representatives.

The workshop aims to discuss the themes of this year's forum, which included the challenges of sustaining Saudization in the private sector, training and employment support programs and ways to develop them, motivating, supporting and protecting competition in the labor market, as well as discussing and proposing development recommendations for the Qiwa platform, developing the experience of documenting the employment contract outside the Kingdom and the results of previous dialogues.

The workshop concluded by emphasizing the importance of constructive dialogue to address challenges and enhance joint cooperation in order to develop the labor market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
