The HRSD signed a joint memorandum of understanding with the National e-learning Center. The HRSD Deputy Minister for Skills and Training, Dr. Ahmed Alzaharni, represented the Ministry for signature. On the other hand, the General Manager, Dr. Abdullah Alwalidi, represented the Center.

The MOU aims at enhancing cooperation between both parties in the field of developing skills and practices of open e-learning and training of the Ministry’s programs and initiatives. It also aims at providing joint advice and researches by both parties and increasing their effectiveness in the same field. In addition, the MOU states the cooperation and collaboration in developing the human capital, enhancing the career path, providing professional certificates of e-learning and benefiting from FutureX.

It is worth mentioning that this MOU comes within the HRSD’s plans for establishing different partnerships and improving the quality of the provided services for the purpose of achieving the Kingdom’s vision which stresses the necessity for integration between all government and private entities for better serving citizens.
