In the presence of His Excellencies the Ministers of Human Resources in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of the United Arab Emirates, the first Emirati Saudi Forum for Human Resources was held today, Tuesday, 30 Dhu al-Qa'dah, 1441 AH, corresponding to July 21, 2020 AD, through visual communication technology and in the presence of His Excellency the Representative of the Labor Sector and a number of Excellencies the agents from both sides.
At the outset of the forum, His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, welcomed the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Nasser bin Thani Al-Hamli, and their Excellencies and His Excellency the attendees, and stressed during his speech the depth of the fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries in all fields that derive from Its strength lies in the bonds of brotherhood and neighborhood and the directives of their wise leadership, pointing to the importance of exchanging successful experiences and joint work in the field of "human resources" and unifying visions to serve the labor markets in the two countries.
For his part, the Emirati Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Mr. Al Hameli, thanked His Excellency the Minister for this valuable initiative, appreciating the importance of joint meetings in the field of human resources between the two countries, noting that it comes as an extension of the joint Saudi-Emirati vision at all levels.
During the forum, a number of experiences were reviewed on both sides within the axes of controlling the parallel labor market and involving the community in raising the commitment in the labor market, mechanisms and procedures for the recruitment of domestic workers, and the two sides agreed on a set of recommendations on these axes in a way that serves the common interests of both parties in the fields of human resources.
