The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development H.E. Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi signed yesterday, 12th May 2020 a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Personnel Management of the Republic of Korea in the field of human resources and civil service development. The Korean side was represented by the Minister of Personnel Management H.E. Mr. Hwang Seo-chong. The document was signed from both sides, and copies were exchanged through diplomatic channels due to the current global health crisis. The agreement aims to strengthen the cooperation between the two friendly countries, and seeks to develop the field of human resources and civil service through various means including developing civil service systems and regulations, participating in conferences, seminars and workshops, training, exchanging insight and expertise in the field of human resource management, as well as exchanging relevant publications and bilateral visits between experts and specialists in the field
