"العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية" تدعو فاعلي الخير إلى تسجيل بيانات المحتاجين المتعففين عبر خدمة "وصال" لإلحاقهم بـ"الضمان"

The Ministry of Labor and Social Development has called upon benevolent people to register details and contact information on the needy people for the ‘Wesal’ Service through the ministry’s portal (https://sd.mlsd.gov.sa).

After they filled out the forms, the ministry will review and confirm applications and forward them to the nearest social security office in order to contact the poor people and accordingly enroll them into the social security services.

MLSD Spokesman Khaled Abalkhail said the ‘Wesal’ Service allows altruistic people to provide details and contact information on the needy people, so the ministry can verify their cases and serve them according to the eligibility conditions of the social security law.

Those who are found not eligible of the social security will be forwarded to the charitable entities in order to serve them, Abalkhail added.

The spokesman said the service targets the altruistic people who have information on cases of the poor people and those who are in need of the social security programs and financial services.

According to the ministry, the service has served 9,046 cases including 3,146 females and 5,900 female cases as the Makkah region recorded the highest number of applications at 2,440 followed by the Riyadh region at 1,975 and the Asir region at 953.
