مساعد وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية للخدمات المشتركة يستقبل رئيس اللجنة التوجيهية في وزارة المالية بعيادات التمكين

On Monday, April 14, 2025, His Excellency Mr. Ismail bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi, Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services, received a delegation from the Ministry of Finance headed by His Excellency Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Freih, Chairman of the Steering Committee at the Ministry of Finance. During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the developmental solutions and services provided by Tamkeen Clinics to social security beneficiaries in Riyadh.

During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the operational mechanisms within the clinics and the various areas covered by the program aimed at empowering beneficiaries and improving their quality of life. The initiative supports greater social and economic participation through a range of services, including career and financial counseling, legal, health, and housing support, as well as specialized employment and training programs and entrepreneurship development. The clinics operate as an integrated system for assessing and evaluating the cases of social security families, identifying the challenges they face, and providing support through a systematic coordination of services. This is achieved by fostering collaboration between the private sector and the non-profit sector to ensure comprehensive and sustainable assistance.

This approach ensures the centralization of services under the same roof, with the clinic serving as a community hub that connects all relevant stakeholders. It enhances the efficiency of service delivery while also fostering a sense of integration among service providers. Moreover, it enables the provision of support based on actual needs—both in quantity and quality—thereby promoting innovation and better coordination of efforts.

The visit was attended by Her Excellency Ms. Al-Jawhara Al Rabiah, Assistant Minister of Finance for Strategy and Institutional Services and Advisor to the Minister; Dr. Mazen Al-Zamil, Deputy Minister for Social Security and Empowerment; Ms. Arwa Al-Ghamai, General Supervisor of the Tamkeen Clinics Program at the Ministry; along with a number of program leaders and clinic staff.

the “Tamkeen Clinics” program is one of the innovative initiatives implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in partnership with the private and non-profit sectors. The program aims to provide integrated social services that support the economic and social independence of beneficiaries and facilitate their integration into the labor market and society. Since its launch, the program has served over 58,000 beneficiaries, with more than 80,000 developmental interventions delivered.

This visit reflects the shared commitment to exchanging expertise, applying best practices, and working collaboratively to achieve common objectives and advance the development journey toward a sustainable and prosperous future.
